This Design-Build project transformed an old Kings Restaurant building into a multi-tenant retail space with sleek modern design. The project consisted of complete demolition of the existing King’s Restaurant down to the existing masonry walls. 

The new retail space is flooded with natural light from enlarged storefront openings and oversized windows. The façade was strategically covered with ACM panels providing the building with a modern flare of architecture. Prefabricated canopy units line the forward facing facades creating a welcoming atmosphere for business. The MEP systems were separated for each tenant space. The project was successful in creating a building which looks brand new while completing the project under the proposed renovation budget.
