His skill set includes budgeting, estimating, bidding, strategic planning, procurement, cost management, project management, constructability studies, feasibility studies, design-build, and construction management. Greg has worked in multiple industries over the years, which has equipped him with vast knowledge of a wide range of fields.

During his tenure in the industry, Greg has been the project manager for projects ranging in value from less than $10,000 to more than $20,000,000. Through his experience in the industry and relationships built over the years, Greg has managed a variety of projects in which he saved the owner money and time and met deadlines.

Trent Carlson has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Before entering the industry, he owned a landscaping company. Trent is a driven leader and has achieved a lot during his time in the industry. He has acted as the lead project manager for jobs worth $1,000,000 to $10,000,000. Trent is also very involved in the community. In his spare time, he serves as a youth mentor and big brother for Big Brother Big Sisters Organization. He also has been a WYB board member and youth coach for Washington Youth Baseball.
