Trent Carlson has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Before entering the industry, he owned a landscaping company. Trent is a driven leader and has achieved a lot during his time in the industry. He has acted as the lead project manager for jobs worth $1,000,000 to $10,000,000. Trent is also very involved in the community. In his spare time, he serves as a youth mentor and big brother for Big Brother Big Sisters Organization. He also has been a WYB board member and youth coach for Washington Youth Baseball.
