Scope of work for this project included the selective demolition of the first street level and lower-level floors of an existing furniture store and converting into a boutique type café/lunch shop. Tasks included all high-end finishes comprised of tilework, carpeting, acoustical spray foam insulation, rolling screen security doors, wall framing, ceilings, interior storefronts, masonry alterations/renovations, new windows doors/frames/hardware, railing systems, and more.
